I work with evidence-based approaches for the treatment of many issues (far too many to mention here). These are all treated using mainly; Hypnotherapy, CBT (Cognitive behavioural Therapy), Life Coaching, NLP, and some of the not so well known (yet) like Psy-Tap and Kinetic shift which a superb modalities for the fast effective removal of anxieties and phobias, addictions, and sometimes find that just a confidential ear to listen, time and space is all that is required.
Most of the therapies are usually short-term, with long-term outcomes. They can be used individually or in conjunction with each other for more effective results. I believe that different people require different approaches and don't adhere to the "one shoe fits all" philosophy.
Work through your problems in the privacy and comfort of the therapy room, a corporate environment, or via Skype and see the difference; quite often after just one session.
